The sections below provide information about our shipping methods and policies. Refer to International Shipping for non-US shipments.

Time until shipped

Please keep in mind that most of our merchandise is custom made to order and due to that our turnaround time on orders varies a lot depending on seasonal rushes. During non-rush times we strive for having the item shipped the next day but we only ship on Tuesday through Friday. During holidays, production slowdowns due to supply issues or even staff vacations turn around time can easily be dropped down to 3-4 days. We only work evening shifts on Monday - Thursday and are closed for all major holidays and major retailing road trip events. If we will be closed for a retailing event we will post it on our homepage.

Need your stuff by a specific date?

Just because you put it into the comments that you need it by X date doesn't mean we can promise that date. You MUST contact us to ensure we can reach that date. Due to the inaccuracy of postal shipping and international shipments we cannot promise specific delivery dates in those cases. Also, see the note above about time until shipped - remember, most likely we do not have your item just sitting on a shelf, we have to sew and assemble it, pack it and ship it - this all takes time.

Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories

We have recently updated our e-commerce store to use the flat rate shipping boxes provided by the US Postal system. This should save everyone in Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories or Providences a lot of money. US APOs such as military bases on international soils also get the flat box rate. All flat rate postal packages ship insured.

Express Shipping

We have a daily pickup on Monday through Friday and we offer any express shipment type offered by UPS. However, it is important to note that we make each slackline kit custom made to order so just because you pick an accelerated shipping method, that only means it will spend less time in transit.

For instance, if you pick 3rd day delivery, it may take us two business days to complete your line and get it on the way. You will still receive it sooner than otherwise, but expedited shipping does not speed up our production. For delivery by a specific date you must contact us to ensure we can have the package shipped by the necessary date.

NOTE: All express shipping options are express in business days - UPS will not deliver packages on Sunday and will only deliver on Saturday for an extra amount and only when using UPS Air shipments.

How much will shipping be?

If your planning on using UPS - just run your order through the check out online ordering system and it will give you a total before it asks you to pay. If you need us to do a Postal system quote, email us your address and what you want and we'll send you a quote and prepare a manual order entry for you.
