Paying with a
Credit Card
Paying online
When placing your order online we use
modern SSL encryption techniques to secure your credit card
information. Refer to your browser instructions regarding SSL
practices - in general you should see some form of a padlock in your
browser screen. If this is not present make sure your browser is up
to date before processing your order.
Our e-commerce site only temporarily
uses your credit card numbers. When your card info is submitted to
the site it authenticates the card and processes the numbers. We
cannot pull up and see your credit card info.
Phoning in your card info
Please use the
e-commerce site whenever possible, if not use our

page for information on how to call in your card info.
If you want to
call in payment with a credit card the easiest method is to go ahead
and place your order online using the "Check / Money Order" payment
option. That will record your address, phone number, email and order
info for us. You can then call us during our support hours and we'll
handle payment over the phone.

shipping of your order while we wait on parts or outsourced
embroidery.
Having Troubles with Online Payment?
We use address validation software to
avoid some forms of credit card fraud. Usually it works fairly well
but occasionally it gives a false error. If you encounter any
problems processing your credit card do the following:
- Make sure the billing address is
exactly the same as where the credit cards billing statements
are mailed to. This is usually the cause of the error.
- Go ahead and place your order
using the phone in option listed above by calling in the card
info. We will run some diagnostics on the transaction to figure
out what is going on with the system.
